Linda Waddell and Susan Byrne can up with this great acronym to help when it comes to online facilitation
Online facilitation is still an area that receives very little attention. And without active vibrant facilitation in a community the community will normally fail
So the “Ice cream” acronym is a really simple way to remind yourself of the key ingredient to active facilitation of an online community.
