What does the ideal community of practice facilitator look like?

How do you answer that question?  I previously wrote a blog called Who am I? where I mention the attributes that are need and @SueOnTheWeb explained it on twitter this way

“Community / Facilitator Manager is part detective, part sociologist, part bouncer, part concierge, part tough guy/woman, part big softie”

There’s also a discussion just started on LinkedIn called What is the ideal community leader profile for a given CoP?

Well I’m not going to answer the question fully.  But when it comes to what they look like.  Maybe I can answer that.

I’ve run a few training sessions in the passed on Communities of Practice and asked people to draw the perfect facilitator and this is what they look like.
